Irina Gillett offers psychotherapy to adults with interpersonal wounds and relational trauma. She integrates parts work, somatic therapy, psychodynamic, relational, and mindfulness-based approaches. She sees clients in person at her office in New Paltz, in the Hudson Valley, and offers virtual and hybrid therapy to clients in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and throughout New York State.
